Property settlement between siblings

My father had passed away in 2016 and mother in 2015. Father owns three house and a residential land. All are self acquired property by my father and mother. I have a elder brother and he is married. We wanted to share the property among us(two houses for my brother and one house and a land for me). What is the procedure to be followed. How to get it done.
