I need urgent help... Me and my wife are going through divorce and she has demanded a compensation from me. We have mutually agreed to this and have accepted to go along with this arrangement.
Now we have a house co owned but paid only by me since loan provisioning. I'm trying to seell the house eto pay her the money. the loan and the property is on both our names..
I want to retain the property by applying for a loan over and above the loan principal outstanding and pay off my wife.. I think i have the eligibility to apply for that loan as well.
I want help on what are all the aspects I need to be careful about and what should I do to ensure I'm fully safe through this transaction... Alos, what's the procedure to get this done legally..
