Hi,
I have a property which is sorrounded by 44 sides ,I have been using the access from the roadside plot from last 25yrs,as the access plot is now purchased by some other person he has done fencing of the plot and stopped our access from the roadside plot.
I have filed a FIR for the same.
Please find below the plot drawing and please suggest the furthur legal action.

no one can stop the path when there is no other option to the other party no matter the path is on the private way ,you have to file a civil suit in this concern and first take the 39,1,2, orders passed by the court so that path will remain continue to you till the pandency of the court .
