One of my friend who is adivasi in mumbai. his mother's name is appear on satbara & property card. approx 1acre adivasi land in suburb.his mother was dead in 2008 & now he want to enter his name in satbara & property card.He done all formality to replace his name in satbara & property.but now there is one problem .......his mother had married twice from first husbund she had two daughters and from second marriage one son who is my friend.but they dont have any proof .please help me.
