In a residential property in the joint name of husband and wife, the Wife is ready to relinquish her rights and ready to transfer the property in favour of the sole ownership rights of the husband and also to transfer the housing loan in the sole name of husband withdrawing her name from both -loan and property . They want to enter a Pre Divorce Agreement to file a petition for divorce by mutual consent .
