I am a sole proprietor of concern (started on 2007). In 2013 i started a partnership firm in the same name of proprietorship concern ( i am the major share holder of 80% and my wife 20%), but we have not mentioned propritorship concern details in partnership firm deed, is it possible to include the details now.(In 2017)

You have to register you firm with partnership registrar. Appoint advocate for the same.

It is not clear, as to what do you mean by "propritorship firm details"?
