Hi,
I am living in ghaziabad, UP. The owner of the house is dead and now property is now in my name by registered will 4 yrs back. That will is not yet converted to registry.
I have to start process to probate as it will take some time.
I have to leave my house for few years as I have to go abroad. Many peples knows about it and there are some elements in family only who wants to take over this property.
If they take over than it will take years to fight the case and get it empty.
I don't want to give my property on rent...
How should we approach on this. Can I take protection by court or police on chargeable bases
I heared its easy in UP to takeover some other's property
