The grow kit does not contain the chemical cited in the NDPS Act. So it not yet a magic mushroom. It would help in growing magic mushrooms locally.

The intention behind growing it is for personal medicinal use and not for sale. 

You may give any explanation but you cannot violate the law or take law into your hand just because you are justifying your stand
