Respected sir, i need a guidance of you people relating to selection process in PSU . sir, in one of the PSU notification the selection process was mentioned as SELECTION PROCEDURE: Written Test & Oral Interview. i was qualified in written but failed to qualify in the final selection. I applied RTI act to know my marks. But surprised to found that the selection was done on the basis of Written (60%) + Interview (20%) + Educational qualification (20%). where in the notification they have not mentioned any weightage for the educational qualification. the educational qualification was given as 60% for Gen and 55% for SC/ST. Now, i got the marks list of all the candidates attended for the interview through RTI. Where, i found that if the educational qualification was not given any weightage i would be one among the selected candidates(on basis of written+oral interview) kindly, guide me what to do........ regards, sreedhar
