PGC is not a Forum to vent a grievance on use, abuse, non-use, relevance etc. of any law, in the abstract. Unless you have a specific grievance against any specific public servant in the performance of his/her specific official duties, a perceived grievance in the larger scheme of things is not even maintainable before the PGC.

Oh no...nothing wrong at all.

I don't know the reason for which they considered your grievance because I don't know what you submitted in your grievance, but probably they wanted to make sure there was no actual grievance against any particular official (I'm just presuming).

But no harm at all, at least, if you have given something in writing which has any bearing on your particular case, you may have something on public record for the future that you were aggrieved by somebody's action (howsoever feeble in technical-legal sense).

All the best with that.
