My father being agriculturist from birth and having and holding Agriculture lands in Karnataka, ,though my father is agriculturist , through succession/inheritence i can acquire my father 's agriculture land by the way of partition.
As per the sec 79A&B of karnatake land revenue act ,i cannot purchase land in karnataka ,thouth i am from agriculture family ,since my income from other source is more than Rs 2Lakh
So I am looking for purchase of Agriculture lands in Tamilnadu, is there is any restrictions/bar, to acquire and possess, to an extent of 2-5 Acers of land.
