Dear Sir ,
I am in the process of purchasing an industrial unit ( gala ) in an industrial co-op society , in resale .
I would like to know wot all documents I will have to look into and the format for sale deed .
Also would like to know what all charges are involved in sale like stamp duty , registration fee etc and the rates .
Please someone guide me on this

all relevant tax reciepts which are paid upto date(E.G property tax, water tax etc.) and any encumberance on the property whether it was mortgaged or pledged and electricity and any workmans dues are some which u need to see.
