I am a resident of Barrackpore(kolkata).My adhar adress is of Kolkata.Temporarily i am residing in Panchkula, Haryana.Can i purchase a residential apartment in Mohali or Zirakpur(both Punjab) and get it registered in my name in the property areas juridiction.Please Clarify.
You may be resident of any place within India. That has no relevance.
If you want to purchase the property within India, do so. There is no restriction.
