Purshis

Hi Friends,

What is Purshis ? Can any 1 elaborate on this ?

Can this be filed both for criminal as well as civil suites ?

Where purshis can be helpful ?

Purshis is generally a written Statement filed by the Complainant 's Advocate in order to withdraw the Complain filed by him on behalf on his Client.

I can be filed for Criminal as well as Civil Suit both.

Experts are solicited to correct if I am misconceptualised.

I also want to know about it in detail.As per my understanding "Through purshis each & every detail of verbal proceeding is recorded".
