Also add the information on how many times we can go for quash in HC once chargesheet is filed like in above case if first quash fails.

before filing charge sheet the quashing petition can be filed as quashing the FIR & after submit charge sheet the quashing petition can be filed as quashing the charge sheet & other proceedings. u/s 482 of Cr.P.C.
