F.I.R. lodged by wife against her husband alleging commission of offences under Ss.420, 465, 468, 470 and 120-B of I.P.C. - Application for quashing of criminal proceedings filed by accused husband, based on deed of settlement - Complete settlement of disputes between applicant and his wife - In the circumstances, continuation of criminal proceedings will cause undue harassment to both the parties - A case is made out for exercising power under S.482 of Criminal P.C.
