Can some one explain me the meaning of this attachment?
Im my dad and mom filed a quashing of 498A in HC against my wife's complain for 498 against us 3.
We got this judgement from Hon. Judge. Can some learned friend help, what's the actual meaning? I am entangled in legal language and my lawyer is out of state to help me out.

application for applicant 1 is withdrawn by applicant as it is not pressed for ("applicant 1 did not pursued to court to hear application further")
For appliancant 2 & 3, since they have disowned their son by advertisement in news paper and their prayer in para 16 (B) is granted temporarily.
THIS IS WHAT I UNDERSTAND, I am no legal expert though.
