honourable sir, so many innocent hubbies in india has been cheated by estranged wifes after receiving hefty amount as one time settlement as permanent alimony out of court prior to filing of mcd petitions and their cases dismissed due to withdrawal of consent by cunning wifes though permanent alimony amount is mentioned in mcd petition. as we know contested divorce case takes years for judgment that is why innocent hub bies hoping to get freedom from cunning wifes agrees for mcd and in mcd also they are cheated. still they are advised by legal counsels to file contest divorce against cheating wifes. 1. my humble question is can cheated innocent hubbies file contest divorce in high court instead of family courts? because generaly family courts are in favour of women only thanks a lot in advance.
