Query for rcr

Hello ,

My wife has filed divroced 13(1)(1a) Mental Crualety after 2 years of sepration , I am now planing to file RCR Sec(9) , will it be beneficial?How can i bring stay on her petition?Can i convert her divorce petition into RCR Petition?What are advantages and disadvantages to file RCR after her divorce petition?Which case will run first??

RCR application will not hold much weight because 2years have already passed and divorce petition has already been filed.
