I would like to know whether poor work condition for Security Guards and Durwans stated below is attributable to violation of Factories Act 1948 as well as Human Rights? Please state the section, the employer contravenes in the under mentioned circumstances:
- inadequate toilets
- Not providing summer and winter amenities like provision to draw and store cold water and also not providing warming facilities during extreme climates.
- No rooms or Goomty to protect the duty personnel during inclement weather condition.
