Hope everyone is safe and healthy..
Please highlight on following points
1) Tenant has stopped rent for last 20years ... now he apologize and wish to pay outstanding rent. How it needs to charge I.e can I charge penalty if yes than what percent?
2) Some resi tenant have converted their premise to commercial ..and now assessment is being converted to commercial... due to change of use...Earlier rent was 150/- to 350/- per month .. now tentative commercial asst bill is ~24000/- annually may I know being a landlord how I should step ahead??
Please do help with your valuable input on above raised query?
