Query on Registration charges on Mortgage

Hi All,

Can any one please let me know What are the Registration Mortgage Charges in Maharashtra and what Stamp Duty needs to be paid on Equitable Mortgage and Registered Martgage????????

the charge has to be registered with the ROC within 30 days of the execution of the deeds pursuant to section 125 of the Companies Act, 1956 via E Form 8 & 13.
