We have been trying to get our names registered on the 7 12 form of ancestral land in Goa. When we engaged lawyer we found our grandfathers name was missing from the 7 12 and we engaged lawyer to get our names on it. Its been 3 years since our fathers name is yet to be registered. Wanted to understand from members and lawyers why it is taking so long and what is the outcome in such cases? Do these cases take time? The land belongs to our grandfathers ancestors but grandfather did not get his name registered when he was alive. Answers are welcome.
