query regarding duration

I am a CA fianl Student. Please write about the duration of law course. The semesters and sudjects. Does any college offer any exemption to any subject to CAs. What are the advantages to a CA of Law course.

After 12th ----5 years LL.B course

After graduation---3 years LL.B course

No exemption to CAs.

Agree with Archana g. Beside the semesters and the subjects differs in all the universities. And the advantage a CA will get is he can appear before court to plead on behalf of his client.
