query regarding RCR and HMA

My wife deserted 8 months back and post marriage one year wil finish in 10 days. They want money from us so puting weird demand to make me gar jamai. If i file RCR ( i know she will nt come) within how many days she has to come??? Suppose she doesnt join in 1 month then? I heard she will come for a day and then leave in such situation if happen how can i handle legally? HmA and rcr same?? She want to study on donatikn which i cant afford can i put a condiiton under RCR that she wil nt study further??? I want to take benefit from RCR to get divorce cause i heard that putting divorce case direct will take long time Pls advice
