I have a query regarding technical resignation. I am an inspector in Mumbai customs at 4600 grade pay as part 6th pay commission I joined the department on 28/09/2016. And intimate the department about other exams within two days of joining the department. Now I being selected for 4200 grade pay assistant job in ICAR institute (autonomous & central govt funded institute) I want to ask whether am I eligible for technical resignation
