Query related to nclat new delhi

Hi,

I have an application filed in NCLAT New Delhi and defects have been raised by registrar. Neither my advocate nor me are from NCR region thus creating problems in rectification steps. Can anyone suggest any help for a visit to registrar's office.

Thanks

It is the responsibility of your advocate.

Either you or your advocate has to steps to rectify the error or comply with the instructions therein.

Staying away from NCR cannot be an excuse.

It is your problem and not that if NCLAT

Either you or your advocate can rectify the objected errors; it is unnecessary in the NCR region. Better to consult a prudent advocate in Delhi.

It is better if you / your counsel may seek services of a local (Delhi) lawyer for such activities.

Actually I have started doing that and was hoping I would get some leads from here as well... My advocate's contact is not showing positive output.
