Persay the beneficiary can not be the witness. Witnessing a documents implies that he will ascertain the fact that a documents was executedl in his or presence.

perse the beneficiary can not be the witness. The very purpose of the witness is to confirm the fact that the document was executed in his or her presence.Hence can not be the witness.
