Lokesh here from B'lore, I have a quetion on our ancestral property. We have a property which was in my grandpa name, he expired in 2003 then we din't trf it to grandma name she also passedaway in 2006 , Propety should get distribute to 4 sons it is only one property measusing 1350 Sq ft. Now what the procedure for sharing the property in each individual Name.

execute a partition deed
if their is an dispute regarding the quantum of share or selecting the part of the share beter to approach to court and fila an partion suit
in final decree court will appoint an advocate commissioner for patition if it is unable to partition the popety will be sold and distribute the sale proceeds to the legal heirs

We don't have dispute in distributing the only ting is Two sons want to sell thier portion other two sons willing to keep their portion of Land. Will it be possible?
