Quota system

Dear Members,

In my opinion the quota system introudced by the govt., to dispose the cases speedily afftected the quality of the judgement. Am I right ?

1. The govt. is chronically affected by the   "quota system".  Like the quote system for the employment sector,  a quota system is proposed for the judiciary.

 

2.  When the bureaucrat's do not have any work,  there think-tank starts hallucinating on such ideas, to further distract the general public and to add artificially to their own glory.

 

3.  Quota system for judiciary etc... HOW does it matter.  Court cases will keep on multiplying manifold, due to the chronic apathy of the judiciary.

 

4.  As far as the quality of judgements,  the more not talked about, is always better.   The jungle rule and judgements were and are far superior, instant and effective.
