I am a native of chennai and hold a property in OMR. I have rented out the property for a commercial purpose. Due to non payment of rent on time and default in EB payment and due to expiry of rent agreement and for my own possesion i have issued a notice to the tenant to vacat my premises during may 2015. The agreement has expired on May 2015 and i have not renewed further. The tenant has filed a suit on me reasoning unlawful vacating. I have filed a RCOP Case. The tenant has not paid his rent till this month and the RCOP case has been disposed reasoning No Representation Batta Not paid Case disposed at no cost on Oct 2016.
My Advocate is not responding to my calls.
Kindly suggest how to proceed. Can i engage any other advocate to proceed the case. How long the RCOP case can take to complete. Any suggestions please.
