Dear sir/Madam,
I filed divorce petition in Bangalore in the month of Januaru 2015 on Cruelty/adultery. In responce to that my wife filed RCR in her home town. Senior Civil Judge has sent me notice. but i did not get any petetion from court. How to get petetion papers of RCR, Please suggest me? Should i go to her home town and ask them? and one more thing is my lawyer is telling its mandatory to attend the court in evidence time....But my wife parents thretened me that they are going to kill us if we come to their home town...please help on this?? surely i cant attend the court in her hometown? please tell me what shud i do?? my lawyer already filed vacalath..but since senior council not there ..he dint get petition papers...
