hi
i have filed RCR to recall my wife in our matrimonial home .
But she has openly refused to come back and said that marriage is over between us.
she hasnt file any divorce case but filed 498a/406 ,PWDVa cases against me
can i get any important rcr judgement with will help in my case .
Help in what?
498a? or bringing her back or are you planning for file divorce suite latter?
RCR and 498a cases will run on its merit. RCR is not always granted. If she is unable to prove sufficient cause for living seperately you will get a judgment in your favor.
