husband( Petitioner) raised RCR... but he was absent on first hearing..... wife is Willing to live with him they have 4months girl baby, husband wanted to dragging wife not to live with her... so he is under the roof of RCR.
Wife's jewellery, dressess, bike and all the articles are with husband and in laws..... what are the possible ways to get the wife's things from them.
Wife is trying at the best to live with him.... but he and his family members are very brutal.
1.what are the way to get back the jewls & things from in-laws
2. What are the possible ways to go and live in matrimonial house, which is own by husband.
Note: On the first hearing (8.10.21)judge directed wife ( respondent) to go and live in the matrimonial house.... and next hearing is on 23.10.21.
3.please clear when she can go to her matrimonial house as directed by judge.
wife has to give her consent to join with matrimonial life in the form of affidavit to the court in next hearing. That is enough. The court may issue order to husband to take her into matrimonial life. That is all.
