RCR posted for for lok adalat & Divorce for settlement...

Wife had filed for Annulment/Divorce on ground of impotency, and husband for RCR. Counselling failed and wife's evidence session is going on. On last date they somehow produced virginity medical certificate in court and asked for mediation not for conciliation but for settlement. The court has posted Annulment/Divorce petition for settlement and RCR petition for lok adalat. So, please tell me the difference and why not both posted for either lok adalat or settlement. She has not asked for husband's medical check up ie impotency test yet.  So, Is it possible to proceed the case without asking for impotency test from wife's side? Anyway husband not ready to move application for his medical test but to wait/force wife to file application for the same. Anything wrong with this point of view...plz help

If wife has categorically denied to return back, she can't be compelled.

At the max, you can slap the 'divorce' onto wife, if that is going to give you any solace!!

And she being the declared (if decide to win divorce!) as the 'guilty' party and you as a 'victim' of 'false allegations and defamation' she may be deprived of 'alimony/maintenance' if situation also satisfies few other conditions!!
