If I can take examination without taking permission by which rule i can do this and if I can't ,which rule will stop me to do so.I want anthor job so I want to take examination without taking permission from my present employer and when I select I will resign from my presen job and will join my next job.I will not take any benefit of my present empoyment in my new job.Pls dont suggest me to take examination through proper channel.You answer my question only.I m confused.Plz guide me.
