Sub: Special Power of Attorney

My brother live in Delhi, he got property in Andhra Pradesh, and now he is handicaped can not move out of his house.

My brother is signed a Gift Deed on my name for the same property above. Since the Property is in Andhra Padesh, the Gift Deed to be registered in Andhra Pradesh. My brother is planning to give a Special Power of Attorney to his son who also lives in Delhi, willing to be present in Andhra Pradesh during Gift Deed registrayion.

Please let us know the procedure for getting a Special Power of Attorney in Delhi.
