I want to ask about the case filed aginst Tenant by builder foor redevelopment of society
The builder has filed case against the tenant who is member of Hosuing society. Now as per the new real estate Bull 2016 all the matter relating to real estate will be deal under this Bill. So whether this case will be transferred from High court to designate cour undre the Bill or not. Whether the infrstructure for the same is ready.

Yes case can be transfered to HC. The existing infrastructure is used for the same.

You may file transfer petition on the basis of the latest ruling or law on it.
Let the court decide.
