Hi, I am a real estate agent and have shown a property to one of my client through our collegue. And after inspecting the property the client managed to get the contact number of the property owner and got the deal done directly without involving us. When we come to know about it and approched the client and the property owner, they both are not agreeing to give our brokerage / commission. I would like to know what is the process to get our brokerage. As for proof we have the itemised bills of calls made to and received from the client, we also have a video recording where the client accepted that we had shown her the property.
