recovery of maintenance

If maintainance is granted, and the husband does not pay , can the wife recover it from the husbands property? and if there is a charge on the property for the payment of maintenance what is the best and strongest method to recover the maintenance

1. Yes she can.


2. "Change in property" should be before filing maint. suit. If during then sale before such award could be your bliss.  


3. The strongest method is Execution Petition with attachment of salary and movable . imovble propertties.
