Rectification deed

Dear Sirs,

i have to go for rectification deed, since the boundries mentioned are wrong in my parent documents. the seller is no more. i could trace the sellers husband. they have children who are not in the state. is it Okay, if i get the signature of the seller's husband and complete my rectification deed formalities.

All heirs r required
