Hi, We have puchased a property in Delhi and the same is registered in the name of my mother.
On E-stamp paper my mother's name is appearing as istinder, however her real name is Estinder and also on various documents her name is correct, now we are facing isssues due to this in getting the electricity/telephone registration etc.
I approached our agent who helped us getting the paper registered and he mention that i can get a power of attorney in my name, i dont like this idea, hence i need your advise to get the rectification done.
