Haing remitted half yearly fee, boarding/lodging charges, I had to withdraw my son of 9th std due to bullying by seniors after one quarter. Can I seek refund of unutilized fee and charges including caution money? what is the legal remedy if school denies and adjusts all charges on flimsy grounds? Please advise.
