I paid registration fees for Rent Agreement. but some how agreement was cancle & registration not done. so can I refund my registration fee...if yes what is process for refund..?
In our state one approached to State Treasury officer or District Magistarte with the documents and an application for refund of stamp duty.
For payment in court as registrtation fee can be refunded by filing application before the same registering court
