DEAR SIR
i have made a provisional agreement to sell my agricultural land on 10th august, on a paper on top of which written RECEIPT after that name of the seller,date, detail of the land and advance amount.NOC for the said land will be provided by the seller with in 4 months of the date of provisional agreement. there is also written that all the conditions will be written in the advance sale agreement . there are signature of seller on the paper on ruppee one revenue stamp.now i dont want to sell the land ,so i offer to return the advance payment but refused by the purchaser saying that he wants the land.the said agreement is on a simple paper NOT ON STAMP PAPER . Am I is forced to sell the land to buyer .could the buyer get the decision ofcourt or get a stay on sale of that land in favour of him to get the land even if i am agree to pay advance amount.
please advice me what should i do.
