Dear Sir,
We are working as chief managers in a central PSU coming under communications ministry.
Recently top management formed a committee to interview the officials for promotion to next grade- DGM.
Now CMD is not releasing the promotion list saying list has been manipulated by other functional directors.
He is planning to conduct one more interview with external persons as committee members which the company HR Career plan/Policy does not permit.
What are the remedy steps available to us ? Whom should we address for our problem ?
Our officers association is not effective in convincing the CMD to release the list.
What should we do ?
