Reg auto company (govt enterprise )not taking back autos not

we are dealers of a automotive manufacturing company selling passenger autos from a GOVT. enterprise gave us Autos load carriers to sell but before 31st march we were supposed sell of BSiv vehicles - and on the day of 31st march 2020 in RTO portal we cld not take registration of 2 autos as the concerned company did not clear in the RTO TC which is essential to sell of -portal has not taken registartion - same was informed to company and they will take back 2 autos and will Refund money- still all concerned staff are only postponing and neither taking back or not giving back amount paid several reminders were send via phone calls emails but they are not responding i incurred lot of expenses to maintain showroom and staff e salaries for past 12 months and closed down the shop what the remedy - shall we send them a legal Notice and the file a case in where - either in consumers forum or in court please advice ramyacons@gmail.com sree kiran

Ultimately the case has to be handled by a local advocate for proceeding for further remedy, contact a reputed advocate for proper remedy and he is competent to suggest after studying such agreements, correspondence in between you and the supplier etc.
