Reg- ownership of house

Our home is on my mothers name , but my mother is housewife it was constructed by my fathers income . Now my father is expired , we have 3 sisters and 2 brother and mother all are living individually . My question is who is the owner of this house still it was on my mothers name. Could all we have a share in this house

The property registered in the name of your mother entitle her sole ownership and during her lifetime you cannot claim any share in that property. Your mother can dispose her property as she so desire during her lifetime and even after her death by making Will and thus choosing beneficiary for her property.
