ex-party divorce set aside...what next ?

Hi, my boyfriend got recently married to other girl 3 days before due to their parent forced him. It is still not registered yet. Now we are planning to get registered marriage. Will this resolve the problem? Or any legal process to be followed for the marriage that happened 3days back??.

@shanthi moreover your marriage with that guy is void and you can never be a legally Wed wife to him.also the first legally Wed wife of your husband can charge him for committing bigamy which can land him in prison upto seven years

If you do so, regd marriage, both of you shall be sued under BIgamy s.494 and I think the imprisonment is 10 years or so...your boy friend isa not minor....forget him and you marry somebody else
