Reg : surity bonds

If police only files 498a and no arrest warrant is issued and send summons to appear in court.

Does Judge still ask for Surity Bonds when appear in court?

when summons served on you, without any direction from police that scurities should be produced, the court will not ask you to present scurities.

Now as per the amendment done in s.43 of crpc Supreme cour guideline, arrest is ntot necessary for 498a and you hv t o appear in court but you hv to give surety bonds for your attendance

without any direction from court that how much scurities should be produced, how can they bring scurities to the court with their summons. The police officer should guide them or if they engage an advocate he will guide them. If you peruse the Section 43 CrPC there is no mention about how much scurity should be provided by accused.
